PEP Acquires New Building to House PEP Eastwood

Positive Education Program recently purchased a new building that will house PEP Eastwood starting in the 2022-2023 school year. The new facility is located at 9700 Lamont Avenue in Cleveland and most recently housed Breakthrough Schools Citizen’s Leadership Academy. This 39,000 square foot building is on a single floor and has large classrooms. It also has an interior outdoor courtyard and is adjacent to a new Cleveland park that is currently under construction.

The new building is in the University Circle area. It is just around the block from the Maltz Center for Performing Arts (formerly The Temple Tifereth Israel), where PEP’s administrative offices lived for many years before moving to their current location on Euclid Avenue.

The facility offers wonderful opportunities for the PEP portfolio, placing us in proximity to many of our region’s finest medical, educational, and cultural institutions.
